SM Global Printing or Global Printing Services Specialist

STIHL Romania is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Global Printing Services Specialist to join our global IT team. In this role, you’ll play a central part in shaping the global printing environment across the STIHL Group. From designing governance and strategy to overseeing vendor relationships and setting up a global operations team, you’ll drive consistency and efficiency in printing solutions across our global footprint. You're a Great Fit If You:

• You have a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• You bring at least 3 years of experience working with printing systems in a global or enterprise environment
• You are familiar with a range of printing technologies, including Windows-based printing, label printing, and SAP-integrated printing systems
• You have hands-on experience troubleshooting print-related errors and conducting regular maintenance
• You’ve successfully contributed to or led projects aimed at standardizing and harmonizing diverse printing environments
• You work independently and analytically, and you’re comfortable making decisions in complex setups
• You’re a strong team player, highly collaborative, and open to sharing knowledge
• You’re resilient, assertive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• You bring excellent intercultural and communication skills, and you enjoy working with international colleagues
• You’re fluent in English (spoken and written)
• You’re flexible and open to change, with a structured and strategic mindset
• You’re willing to travel occasionally for workshops or collaboration sessions with international teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You’ll define and implement a global printing concept that aligns with our enterprise standards
• You’ll develop and enforce a governance ruleset to ensure consistency and control across printing systems
• You’ll take the lead in setting up an international operational team to support and manage global printing activities
• You’ll craft a clear printing strategy and roadmap for the STIHL Group
• You’ll collaborate with and manage external vendors to ensure service quality, compliance, and alignment with our business needs.
