ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server operating system.
- Experience in the environment of Windows Server from 2016 to the newest OS.
- Administration experience in VMWare vSphere environments.
- Initial experience in administration of Citrix environments is a plus.
- Experience in global datacenter operation technologies and implementations
- Strong and constant focus on security.
- Independent working style and analytical thinking skills.
- Communication skills and intercultural competence.
- Flexibility to deal with changing tasks and changing working conditions.
- Strategic thinking and acting and structured problem analysis.

Job main tasks:
- Responsible for the implementation, and support of core Windows server infrastructure in the corporate environment;
- Executes a planned program of virus updates, patch and service pack management, including testing, deployment staging, and documentation;
- Support for the Windows Server and Virtualization Infrastructure, the audit and compliance and server hardware;
- Ensuring basic support for all Citrix users globally within the local time zone;
- Managing lifecycle of the datacenter infrastructure from hypervisor (VMware) up to operating system (Windows Server) including all management systems like Backup, Monitoring, Reporting and more;
- Project management tasks such as tracking deliverables, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating direction of internal and external project team members;
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, management, stakeholders, infrastructure teams and interface groups using a variety of techniques, from initiation to close;
- Security - Maintains established departmental security standards;
- Advanced troubleshooting within a global IT team.
