About the Role
STIHL Romania is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented SAP Master Data Analyst to join our global IT team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of our Material Master and Business Partner data within the SAP system. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and support end-users, making a direct impact on the quality and reliability of our core business data, while growing your expertise in SAP data management within a global organization.
You're a Great Fit If:
- You have 2–3 years of experience working with SAP data management, especially with Material Master and Business Partner records
- You have experience with Master Data Governance tools such as SAP MDG or NTT Glasswing (a plus, but not required)
- You are highly detail-oriented and focused on maintaining high data quality
- You have a solid understanding of business processes and how data supports them
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You speak German—or are open to learning—which would be an added advantage
- You enjoy working in a structured, process-driven environment
- You are a good communicator and comfortable collaborating with colleagues from departments such as Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Production
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve data accuracy and consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll create, update, and maintain Material Master and Business Partner data in the SAP system
- You’ll ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the SAP landscape
- You’ll perform regular validation checks and correct any discrepancies you identify
- You’ll manage the data lifecycle—from creation to modification and deletion—according to internal standards
- You’ll work closely with departments like Procurement, Finance, Production, and Sales to gather and fulfill data requirements
- You’ll support end-users by resolving data-related issues and providing guidance on best practices
- You’ll help ensure compliance with STIHL’s corporate data management policies and procedures
- You’ll maintain clear documentation related to data workflows and governance.
