Ideal candidate:
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- At least 3 years SAP authorizations administration experience;
- Experience with the creation, modification and maintenance of SAP authorization roles following highest state-of-the-art system security standards;
- Experience troubleshooting errors and access incidents regarding user provisioning and permissions;
- Experience of implementing Segregation of Duties, defining and updating rulesets;
- Ideally experience in SAP authorization tools XAMS and CheckAud;
- Ideally, advanced knowledge in at least one SAP module.
job main tasks:
- Analysis, design, and harmonization of (existing) roles and authorizations concepts as part of implementation project teams;
- You are responsible for creating project plans, defining tasks, and estimating effort for SAP authorization initiatives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals;
- Problem solving in user access provisioning activities;
- Analyzing and troubleshooting authorization issues;
- Documentation of (existing) authorization concepts, project-related information, including authorization configurations, test results, and project milestones;
- Support of role testing during implementation phases;
- Creation of end-user training materials.
