MICROSOFT 365 EXPERT 

You will be a member of our global Digital Collaboration, Microsoft 365 team being responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's Microsoft 365 infrastructure. You are supporting our business users worldwide and you will be part of international service and project teams to continuously improve our service portfolio and quality.  

Ideal candidate:

  • Degree in computer science or a related field and relevant work experience in Microsoft 365 engineering. 
  • Fluent/advanced English language to communicate and collaborate in an international environment. 
  • Experience as a Microsoft 365 engineer or similar role, with a background in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone, Microsoft SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Office and related technologies. 
  • Understanding service management processes based on ITIL standards. 
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to the resolution of technical issues
  • Profound communication skills to effectively collaborate and interact with individuals across various technical skill levels. 
  • Documentation skills to provide clear explanations of technical information and project updates. 

job main tasks:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and international IT teams to gather requirements and contribute to strategic plans for Microsoft 365 deployment and optimization
  • Provide technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services, especially in Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone, Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Office and related technologies to support escalated issues and incidents. 
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of Microsoft 365 services, leveraging tools such as PowerShell and Microsoft 365 admin center. 
  • Collaborate with the international service team to define and enforce governance policies and procedures for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring data protection, information lifecycle management and compliance. 
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and contribute to the resolution of performance, availability, and connectivity issues in Microsoft 365 services. 
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices, evaluating their potential impact on the organization's productivity and collaboration strategy. Provide recommendations for technology adoption and enhancements.
