Junior HR Specialist (Recruitment & Employer Branding with German)

STIHL Romania is looking for a motivated Junior HR Specialist with advanced German skills to join our Global HR team with a strong focus on Recruitment, Employer Branding, and HR Marketing. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting our employer branding and HR initiatives. You're a Great Fit If:

  • You have 1–2 years of HR experience (internship, assistant, or junior role), with a focus on recruitment
  • You are curious about employer branding and HR marketing, and eager to grow in this area. 
  • You feel confident managing the entire recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer follow-up. 
  • You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident handling reports, data management, and system-related tasks. 
  • You bring creativity and structure to HR marketing and thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities. 
  • You have minimum experience coordinating with external partners: campuses, job platforms, and staffing agencies, and know how to manage campaigns and content across various social media and job portals. 
  • You are proficient in German & English.    

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You will implement our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through consistent messaging and visual guidelines across all touchpoints. 
  • You will manage and update the company’s career website and coordinate employer branding campaigns and initiatives. 
  • You will maintain relationships with campuses and support university engagement efforts. 
  • You will handle media and social media content preparation, scheduling, and performance tracking. 
  • You will oversee job portal content, campaigns, and candidate communication to ensure a strong presence. 
  • You will conduct initial candidate screening and interviews for production roles, and support cooperation with staffing agencies and job platforms. 
  • You will prepare purchase requisitions and manage temporary staffing invoices. 
  • You will develop and maintain a talent pool for recurring hiring needs and engage in active sourcing on social and professional networks. 
  • You will generate HR reports (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc) and perform regular system data reconciliations to ensure accuracy across platforms. 
  • You will support the local idea management process, including reporting and system corrections. 
  • You will contribute to HR system implementation projects: supporting tasks related to digital personnel files, reference letters, and similar tools. 
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business teams to deliver efficient, branded, and data-driven HR services.
