HR Administrator (with German)

STIHL Romania is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to strengthen our Global HR team. In this role, you will be at the center of our HR administration making sure employee data, contracts, and HR processes run smoothly across the organization. 

You will be the go-to person for employees and managers when it comes to HR questions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from recruitment through ongoing support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keep HR master data accurate in Employee Central (SAP HR module) and support employees with their queries on vacation, working hours, or contract changes. 
  • Prepare and manage contracts, confirmations, and personnel files with precision. 
  • Pre-select application documents and support the recruitment process until hiring, working closely with specialist departments and managers. 
  • Assist with expatriate assignments: drafting contracts, coordinating visas, and helping colleagues settle abroad. 
  • Coordinate with staffing agencies and manage time entries, absences, and bookings for temporary staff. 
  • Monitor time recordings and absences, ensuring corrections are made and employees are supported.
