STIHL Romania is looking for a skilled Data Governance Cloud Administrator to join our Global IT team and take ownership of the Informatica IDMC platform. In this role, you’ll ensure the platform runs securely, efficiently, and at scale, driving trusted data governance across the organization. Your impact will help power smarter decisions and support global business growth. 

You're a Great Fit If:

  • You are a hands-on, detail-oriented platform administrator with a strong foundation in Informatica IDMC or similar data governance solutions such as Collibra, Atlan, or Attacama;
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and have experience managing cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) integrated with data platforms;
  • You understand security, identity management, and cloud networking, and can navigate API integration, OAuth, and service account configurations;
  • You are a problem-solver who communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and is committed to building scalable and secure data platforms;
  • You have certification in Informatica (nice to have);
  • You are proficient in English.   

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You will administer, configure, and support the Informatica IDMC platform, ensuring it runs optimally and securely;
  • You will monitor performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving platform issues before they impact users;
  • You will manage user roles, access controls, and security settings, while maintaining compliance with governance and audit requirements;
  • You will support development teams, helping them onboard, set up environments, and adopt platform best practices;
  • You will coordinate with Informatica support to troubleshoot problems and implement their recommended solutions;
  • You will participate in capacity planning and scalability initiatives to future-proof our platform as the business grows;
  • You will maintain up-to-date documentation for platform configurations, operational procedures, and support workflows;
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, architects, security, and IT operations to drive a robust and resilient data environment.
