STIHL Romania is looking for a proactive and detail-driven SAP S/4HANA QM/PM Consultant to join our global IT team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for Quality Management and/or Plant Maintenance processes within our SAP S/4HANA environment. Whether you’re solving complex issues or helping improve global templates, your work will directly support key business operations across the STIHL Group. You're a Great Fit If:

  • You have practical experience in quality management or plant maintenance, ideally using SAP QM/PM or other leading ERP systems
  • You hold a degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field—preferably with a focus on supply chain or production management
  • You can read and understand ABAP OO and are eager to expand your knowledge with technologies like Fiori and OData
  • You understand how QM integrates with end-to-end processes like Plan-to-Manufacture
  • You have experience with integrating subsystems into the SAP ecosystem
  • You are confident in customizing and developing solutions, mainly in QM and PM modules
  • You bring strong analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work
  • You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and are comfortable navigating complex systems
  • You are a communicative team player who is proactive, committed, and solution-oriented
  • You speak fluent English (German is a plus).
  • You’ve worked with tools like Atlassian Confluence and Jira (nice to have)
  • You thrive in international environments and bring strong intercultural competence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll support business users on all topics related to Quality Management and/or Plant Maintenance in SAP S/4HANA
  • You’ll provide 3rd-level support and expert advice on system behavior and process optimization
  • You’ll actively contribute to the global SAP QM or PM team to help evolve and enhance our global template
  • You’ll analyze business requirements and design robust QM/PM processes—from new functionality to seamless integration with other SAP modules or systems
  • You’ll plan and conduct training sessions to support users and ensure smooth process adoption.
