Cyber Security Analyst

Ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, ideally with focus on Cyber Security.
• 2+ years’ experience in Cyber Security practices like security operations, incident response and threat and vulnerability management, also in an ICS environment.
• Independent working style and analytical thinking skills.
• Communication skills and intercultural competence.
• Flexibility to deal with changing tasks and changing working conditions.
• Strategic thinking and acting and structured problem analysis.
• Team spirit, shares knowledge, takes over responsibilities.
• Fluent English skills.

job main tasks:

• Maintenance and further development of the existing Cyber Security policies, monitoring and analysis infrastructure (SIEM, SOAR, IoC sharing, vulnerability management, EDR, etc.)
• Processing of security incidents in the STIHL Group (Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Threats & Postures)
• Further development and application of security processes (Processes, Playbooks, Procedures, Automation).
• Training and support of internal employees in security issues and awareness.

general knowledge:

Deep knowledges of Linux OS and Windows OS.

Knowledge in Virtualization environment.

Good understanding of Routing and Firewall concepts.

Team player, highly motivated, a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
